Map showing the Neighbourhood Action Plan Boundary | SRC facilitated an extensive community engagement programme developing a Neighbourhood Action Plan (NAP) for Gresham in Middlesbrough, supporting the Council's Local Community team and working closely with residents, agencies and businesses. This is an area of mainly older terraced housing, close to the town area identified for priority action in a previous study. Gresham is part of the Tees Valley Living Housing Market Renewal area. The NAP is housing-led but addresses wider issues around the environment, transport, employment, community facilities, crime and anti-social behaviour. |
