Hartlepool NDC Evaluation Partner

Background Information

Acting as an evaluation partner on the NDC programme of project evaluations, supplementing the current capacity of the in-house evaluation team to the end of the NDC’s life.  This will cover around six evaluations ranging from neighbourhood management to a project for under 5s.  The work will involve a range of evaluative techniques tailored to the detail and circumstances of individual projects.
