Evaluation of Copeland Homes Community Investment Fund / Home Group 
Involved in the interviewing, research and outcomes analysis in this
comprehensive mid-point evaluation of the Community Investment Fund set up at the time of stock transfer five years ago.  The evaluation will review outcomes, assess the impact of the fund. Recommendations will include how future grant funding should be targeted, how external grants can be maximised, whether new partners are required to deliver the outcomes and where future funding might be best targeted to meet local needs.  
 
A Locality Plan for the Cockermouth Area / Allerdale Council 
Contributing to the implementation of a consultation programme with local residents, town and parish councils, community organisations, agencies and businesses to develop a Locality Plan aimed at bringing service providers and local people together to devise new, more effective ways of delivering local services in an area of approximately 7500 households in a rural part of West Cumbria  

Social capital study / North East Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership 
Supporting local authority staff as they contribute research to this project to enable 'g
ood conversations’ between communities and service providers across the North East’ 12 local authorities - putting into practice the IDeA’s Community Mapping and Empowerment tools developed by SRC.
